THE ANC, TOGETHER WITH SARS, IS DESTROYING PEOPLE’S LIVES!

Here is an example showing how the gang of criminals who are supposed to be running this country are ruining people’s lives by greedily grabbing all they can from its people with the sole purpose of running the nation into the ground, so they can plunder and destroy everything for their own selfish agenda.

1. A taxpayers’ service provider; a well-known accountant, and auditor registered as such, agreed to assist the taxpayer with her taxes and to represent her with SARS. Her tax consultant failed to provide documentation to SARS in connection with her tax return after the taxpayer was repeatedly contacted by SARS to furnish necessary documentation. On being notified in person by the taxpayer who offered to provide the documentation that SARS was asking for, immediately! (in respect of her 2019 tax return) the consultant told her that SARS WAS TALKING NONSENSE, THAT SHE DID NOT OWE SARS ANY MONEY AND THAT SHE SHOULD “STAY UNDER THE RADAR!”
2. NOW, ALMOST 5 YEARS LATER, she received a final demand to pay all the money. A substantial sum of money was taken from her primary bank account without any warning or notification from the bank. On appealing to a senior member of SARS, a hold was placed on her primary account. A month later, her other bank account was raided by SARS who then STOLE A FURTHER AMOUNT OF MONEY, thus emptying her bank account.
3. On appealing to a senior member of SARS, a hold was placed on her primary account to prevent SARS from taking further funds for ten days. The taxpayer’s objection was declined, followed by an audit and an appeal which was rapidly declined BY SARS.
4. The taxpayer, a self-employed business owner and her partner are now in severe danger of losing their business, their home; and their state of health is being affected badly –THROUGH NO FAULT OF HER OWN BECAUSE OF THE INCOMPETENCE OF NOT ONE BUT SEVERAL OF HER PREVIOUS ACCOUNTANTS AND SARS.
5. PLEASE NOTE- ACCORDING TO HER PRESENT TAX CONSULTANT – THE TAXPAYER DOES NOT OWE ANY TAX TO SARS!
