Consumers of goods and services are becoming bored with AI content! Using AI generated content for blogposts, books, articles academic writing is extremely useful, but it has its limits. Search Engine Optimisation or SEO is changing so rapidly that it is being dubbed Search Everywhere Optimisation by some experts.

Content derived from platforms such as ChatGpt and its various clones is becoming more and more repetitive, to the point that certain words and phrases are becoming a source of boredom and sometimes even irritation for readers, viewers and individuals looking for entertainment or information.

Although AI is amazing; it should at this stage be regarded solely as a tool that you and I and our audience can use to provide a basis for writing about topics that are of interest to all of us. I say basis because whatever content you get from AI still needs the human touch to distinguish it from content that simply parrots AI content.

For example:

1. Chatgpt can make mistakes, mainly because you probably know more about the topic or business you are engaged in than Chatgpt does, because you are personally engaged in the subject.

2. Although AI has thousands of sources of information on a huge variety of topics, the world is developing minute by minute; and because AI is essentially just a huge network of computers and servers, it can only learn as fast as the information supplied to it by humans. Human intuition and imagination, as far as we know now, will continue to move forward more slowly than human minds. Of course, this situation could change!

3. The other thing about relying solely on Google searches, blogposts and emails to generate traffic or find goods and services is that although these options still generate interest and sometimes revenue, there is a rising trend among browsers who are searching for goods and services to look far more widely for service providers; using a greater variety of platforms to source what they need.

For example; an increasing number of potential customers are searching other newer search engines such as Chatgpt and Perplexity to find what they need. So; if you can, you should link to as many search engines as possible to spread the awareness of your brand as widely as possible.

Also, there is an increasing trend for searchers to rely more on community-generated sources of information such as local Watsapp groups and community social group, such as sports clubs, Bridge clubs, gardening groups and the like, to discover the best people or companies to provide the services they need, using word of mouth or Whatsapp messaging.

Trust is becoming a big issue when it comes to finding people who will not cheat or scam customers and run away with their money.
